We do our utmost to ensure damage does not happen however we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused in transit by the courier and refunds will not be issued. Any issues that have occurred in transit are the responsibility of the courier and will need to be resolved directly with them. Please ensure parcels are not left outside, you will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery and any damage caused by the weather will be your responsibility and refunds/replacements will not be issued. If on the rare occasion filling leaks from the bar this is edible and does not affect the product and refunds/replacements will not be issued.
