FAQ's

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch within FOUR working days via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery for UK & N.I however during busy periods this may increase. Republic of Ireland orders are dispatched once per week, normally a Thursday via An Post and will not incur any customs charges. Please be advised we cannot be held responsible for delays which occur with postal providers. Please see our full shipping policy for further information. Estimated delivery dates are displayed on each product listing.

There is an issue with my discount code and free shipping.

Please be sure the terms of the discount code have been followed and a valid email address entered at checkout to activate the code. Please be advised only ONE discount code can be applied per order. Free shipping cannot be used in conjunction with another discount code.

Can I collect my order?

Yes if you are local to BT60 and can collect please select ‘collection’ at the checkout and details will be given once your order is processed. You will not be charged a postage fee. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please ensure you arrange a suitable time to collect by emailing us at hello@smorealicious.com.

Do you cater for wholesale, corporate or large orders?

We certainly do! Please get in touch and we would be delighted to discuss your requirements.

Which allergens and ingredients are used for each product?

A full list of ingredients, allergens and product information can be found on the drop down menus on each individual product listing.

We use a Halal certified Beef Gelatine and can provide the specification of this if needed. 

What is the shelf life of each product?
